Plan Review
As a Pension Plan is only as good as its investments, we
perform quarterly fund performance reviews to ensure that
the plan is meeting and exceeding expectations:
•The Fund Performance Review: Our review process uses
a combination of Sharpe composites, historical fund returns,
and Morningstar ratings. Through our analysis, we rank investment
options based on their performance and compare them to industry
benchmarks. This quantitative approach also lets us “flag”
investment options that may be underperforming so we can take
any necessary corrective action. In addition to the above
objectives, each fund in our analysis is also evaluated using
the following statistical measures:

• Semi-Annual Full Plan Review: Aside from reviewing
and analyzing the funds of the Plan on a semi-annual basis,
we review the Plan in its entirety making sure the fees of
the Plan remain competitive, the Plan is adhering to the Investment
Policy Statement, the Plan is up-to-date with all available
technology, enrollment in the Plan is satisfactory and all
outstanding issues and questions are answered.
